I am very confused about this p3 thing. I have done everything I know to do. Upped my protein lowered my carbs and I am finding myself after a little over two weeks 5 pounds above my LIW. Calling my doctor and after three weeks of being off the hcg and shots I want to go back on. I would rather loose weight than eat. That is where I am at right now. Just pissy and confused.

I totally feel ya about this diet, it can be so confusing! Sometimes if we don't do a steak day the SAME day we go over the 2lb. limit it takes a bit longer to lose the weight. Also I've read that protein days take longer to effect a weight loss. Hang in there and you'll lose that extra weight.
One thing I've learned in this round(2) is that I didn't maintain long enough(I did on 9 days of P4) which has made this round a bit more challenging. I'm so glad I decided to take a short break to reinforce my determination. Of course we're all different and I wish you success no matter what you decide to do!
I am so sorry. This has got to be beyond frustrating for you. It's good you've got a supportive doctor. I hope you can get the answers you need. Hang in there and keep blogging.
Im deffinately going to ask her advice. And see what she says. Crap id even do a full fast for days if I thought it would help. DOnt like to see me starting to gain. And not know the reason why.
